Chef Bryan Collante: untitled supper club, chicago, il

Chef Bryan is Chef de Cuisine at Untitled Supper Club in River North. Prior to that he was on the opening team at Girl and the Goat where he cooked for Stephanie Izard. He also holds pop-up dinners through Dinner Lab and flexes his creative muscles as a street vendor. “I'm trying to introduce Filipino food to the masses in a different way,” he says. “Food that I've grown up with and still enjoy.”
