Kultura Festival is the Midwest's premier Filipino American food and arts event featuring Fil-Am chefs, performers, artisans, educators, and more. Carefully curated to appeal to both those who personally identify with Filipino culture and the merely curious or uninitiated, Kultura Festival aims to highlight the best in modern Filipino American food and arts in Chicago, the Midwest, and beyond.

Advance ticket sales end at 9am on August 19.
General admission at the door is $25 (kids 5 and under free).

Kultura Festival 2018 will be dedicated to the memory of our beloved mentor, friend, and manang Dr. Dawn Mabalon, who tragically passed away on August 10, 2018. A third generation Pinay born and raised in Stockton, CA, Dr. Mabalon was an associate professor of history at San Francisco State University whose research focused on Filipina/o American history, historic and cultural preservation, and the history of food. She was co-founder of the Little Manila Foundation, author of Filipinos in StocktonLittle Manila Is in the Heart: The Making of Filipina/o American Community in Stockton, California, and co-wrote the forthcoming children's book, Journey for Justice: The Life of Larry Itliong. Please help support Dr. Mabalon's family by contributing to the memorial fund established in her name.
