Chef Björn DelaCruz is executive chef and co-owner of Manila Social Club, a family-owned and run restaurant in Brooklyn, New York. His Filipino-influenced cuisine, most especially his Golden Cristal Ube Donut, has been featured in Forbes, Vogue and First We Feast.
Chef Björn will be making 3 flavors of his Filipino-inspired donuts. All of the donuts are individually handmade, hand-piped, and hand-dipped!
A limited number of Gold Donuts can be pre-ordered and picked up at Kultura on Sunday, October 2. Inquiries for the Gold Donut may be made through the Manila Social Club website.
